We switched from Turnover to PTC Implementer solely because Turnover wasn't going to be ready for the (then) current release of IBM i for about 18 months. I don't pay maintenance solely so someone can fund their next buy out.
PTC wasn't very aggressive on getting ready for 7.5. It was more of a "we have some people running it without issue" notice. Certification was going to be at their leisure.
