Hi Don,

Actually graphics and Images are not the real limits of printer files.
Instead support for colors, fonts and barcodes is limited.

I agree Nathan (or similar) solution is the best choice if your looking for
flexibility but not if you need "pixel perfect" Pdf.

For "pixel perfect" documents I've used Apache Pdfbox (free) or iText (NOT
free) both of them Java.

I have to ask why you don't use something like CPYSPLF, where you can
directly make a PDF that way. No extra steps.
