I think some vendors exist but not sure and if anyone is utilizing the
software I'm interested in learning about that.

Do such products even exist?
So far as I'm aware, nobody has successfully infected any IBM Midrange
box in the real world with malware, without either QSECOFR-level access
and/or social engineering being involved.
Of course, if used for file serving, a Midrange box could be a vector,
but so could a USB thumb-drive.
