Crank up Run SQL Scripts in ACS and run this guy, changing the PTFID as needed.

SELECT PTF_IDENTIFIER, PTF_IPL_REQUIRED, A.*
FROM QSYS2.PTF_INFO A
WHERE PTF_IDENTIFIER = 'MF69089'
ORDER BY PTF_IDENTIFIER;
