I upgraded from 7.3 to 7.5 over the long holiday weekend while the rest of
the company was enjoying Thanksgiving. The upgrade completed without
issue, but I immediately began experiencing network slow-downs and
time-outs. I don't think I've had an ACS Verify Connection complete
successfully. Only IBMi is having an issue.
IBM support insists this isn't IBMi related, and it's just a coincidence
that it occurred with the 7.5 upgrade. Does anyone have any suggestions on
how I can troubleshoot this?
Here's what IBM support said based on packet traces:
"The IBM i is responding to the SYN with a SYN ACK but the Wireshark trace
doesn't show that the SYN ACKs are being received."
