RE: ACS download file from QNTC

Possibly a permissions issue. The thing with QNTC is that the credentials
you use for the iseries must match the credentials (both user and pw) of
your access to the network folder(s) you wish to access via QNTC. If you
have that already setup correctly, then someone else may be able to help.
