The concept is somewhat complex, alien to a Linux guy like me, and I've not yet managed to distill the given information to something people like me can easily comprehend. :-)
At the moment, I've configured this facility solely to start up "daemons" on subsystem start time, and assign them different classes (aka: run priorities).
