I don't know about AFP Manager, but I used to just FTP the .prn file to the system and use CRTOVL to make my overlay.

Subject: Need to find AFP Manager to make a .prn file an overlay. V7.3.0 TR13

All,

I've done the overlay thing maybe 4 or 5 times since the beginning of time.
By overlay thing I mean -

1. Create logo and some text, boxes and lines in a laptop graphics program
2. Print it to an AFP (fake) printer (300dpi) on my laptop, to create a file.prn which will become an overlay.
3. Used the AFP Manager to create the actual .OVL object.
4. Use the overlay via the ovrprtf command

Last time was 2018 or 2019 and I used the AFP Manager to do this. (made a note of that :--)

Now I'm seeing this should be done in the "Director" (previously this was done in Navigator).

I can get into Director/Navigator via http://hostname:2002/Navigator

But can't see anything "AFP Manager" related in the buttons etc. . . .

Can anyone point out the quickest, direct path to get to AFP Manager?

Thanks for any help or direction.

John
