When i focused on above point then tried changing my password as it had
'@' in it, so just removed this character and changed my password now it's
getting connected from everywhere (DOS Command prompt,IBMi ACS and VS Code
& SSH )

I stand corrected. There *was* a CSSID issue!

But going forward if i want to include this '@' in my password and at the same time I want to connect pub400.com through IBM i ACS ,VS Code and SSH as well then what should be the corrective measure here?

My opinion: Don't use @. If you insist on a special character, use one which is the same numeric value between individual EBCDIC CCSIDs. It's common knowledge to e. g. not include German umlauts in password for exactly the same reason: Most often this just doesn't work.

If you insist on @, be prepared to enter § instead.

For other "corrective measures", maybe others can give better advice.
