It depends on how the SSH daemon was set up, however I think the default is
"/QOpenSys/etc/ssh/ssh_config"

How i could check if i have a global know_hosts ?

As I said, a global known_hosts would be located in the same directory as
ssh_config and sshd_config. I don't know which paths IBM chose. My systems
are too old to have ssh.
