I'm not looking for invalid data, all of the values present are valid. Even the nulls are valid in JD Edwards implementation (for the fields in question). What I need to validate for the Change Approval Board is that the new process (which runs in < 3 minutes) generates the same results as the old process (which runs in an hour).
Your SQL example is exactly what I needed, as usual when the question involves SQL. Thanks. I was missing the use of Except to simplify matters. You reduced the validations needed from 300k+ to 18.
