For a learning experience, I've written PGM_REFS, a PL/SQL stored
procedure that uses the DSPPGMREF command to display information about a
program and the objects it uses, and the objects they use, to a
virtually unlimited depth.

Any constructive comments to improve the the code or approach are
appreciated.
Caveat: This is NOT a replacement for a professional cross reference tool.
