I had a client who was suddenly running into issues because it seems thatwas
the authorities for some IFS directories were changed. Mainly *PUBLIC
changed to *EXCLUDE.Cloud
This of course caused issues. I told them I wasn't aware of anything
automatic that could change these. But maybe there is something out
there? Changing security level? Installing PTFs?
