Since the major change in the way IBM delivers OSS software in September, 2022 what is the best practice to implement the new path so as not to use deprecated OSS versions?

We see this: https://ibmi-oss-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/troubleshooting/SETTING_BASH.html

But before this can be done globally seems like we have to be sure any processes using OSS work with the most recent OSS distribution.

True?

Thanks,

Jerry
