Yep, I suggest one becomes familiar with the profile handle APIs. Adopted
authority is laughed at by IFS. The sole use of adopted authority when
dealing with IFS is to have enough authority to the user profile you want
to get a handle on.
These are where you see the difference between Job_user and current_user
when looking at jobs with the various services.

I have a batch job, running under another user profile. It's running a
whole bunch of programs under one master CL program.

Is there a way to assume *my* user profile for certain calls? Something
equivalent (assuming we want to call "foo" as user "frobozz") to *nix
"sudo -u frobozz foo" ?
