    DSPFD FILE(library/lfname) TYPE(*ACCPTH) FILEATR(*LF) +
        OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(QTEMP/outfilenam)                                                               
will give you that information.  You just need to read or select from the outfile.
