Tried this. Switching off parity took ages, to free up the parity space and add it to the ASP.

When switching parity back on, I have no choice to select which disks should be part of the parity set. Duh!

Okay, so I need to switch it off prior to when we're at the DC next time anyway to pull the disk in question and re-enable parity with the five remaining disks.
