Are you using a recent version of Word, one that creates DOCX files for itself? And are y'all set up to use the sensitivity setting? I ran into a problem that it thinks that, even when I say to create PRN file, it thinks I want to convert to a PDF and I have to set the sensitivity.
To make it work, I have to be working with a DOC, not DOCX. Sometimes I get by the sensitivity stuff with a DOCX, but not for long.

Hi all
suddenly this afternoon, I can no longer create Overlay via AFP driver.
I open the Word document and choose print and then when I go to select the AFP printer, I get the message connecting to the printer and then Word crashes.
I tried reinstalling the drivers and printers, but the problem remains.
What are your suggestions for solving this problem?
where can I find the latest versions of AFP drivers?
Thanks in advance
