I'll take a wild guess - I wonder if these values are the TOD MI version a timestamp. If so, I don't know an SQL way. Just for fun, try calleing the QWCCVTDT API with one of these 8-byte values in the input value - use *DTS for the input format - that format is a 64-bit value - and the values you list below are 8-bytes, or 64-bits long.
