Scott (Forstie) has also an example in his gist of how to create and use spreadsheets (without the GENERATE_SPREADSHEET procedure)

As you say, Buck, he can use the cldownload plugin - that has been part of ACS for several releases now. Googling for cldownload should find several helpful sites, but basically ACS has to be in the IFS, to get acsbundle.jar.

In my IBM i i run V7R4, but if i try to execute

I receive [SQL0204] GENERATE_SPREADSHEET in SYSTOOLS of type *N not
found.

Which PTF i need to install ?

It came out in 7.4 TR9, but if you aren't going to install the entire
Technology Refresh, I think you need the Db2 group and the HTTP group.

Db2 group SF99704 Level 26
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/1119123

HTTP Server group SF99662
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/7031280

It's a wrapper over the ACS client asc.jar /plugin=cldownload, so you
might possibly get the latest ACS and use that without any other PTFs.
