The problem is, iseriespython.com, the web site, is long gone. You can still find some remnants of it on archive.org.
However, iseriesPython was also hosted on SourceForge, so you can find it here:
    https://sourceforge.net/projects/iseriespython/files/ ;

As far as I know, that is the last or latest version, for V5R3, Python 2.7.
Note also that this is not Python 3.0.  For that, you need to try your luck with installing an AIX version in PASE under V5R3.  :-o
