where do I find the.best .concise install and setup guide for VScode for
ibm i?

(I get strange looks when I suggest to just go to "the marketplace", or go
to the git site)

I am a bad example of "how did you do it?", because I seem to click on
every other repo that says "ibm i", and not just what is needed to maintain
code...
