In WRKLNK, press F10 to see what the hex is - and see especially what is between the parentheses - if it is something WRKLNK doesn't know, it will have a blank but there might be 2 or 3 or 4 bytes there.
WRKLNK can't always display what is there.
Also, is the entire file set to 1208, or just the column? I don't know if that matters, just interested.
