No. I want to read and write from/to "data" saved on OS/390. Because data
is organized in data sets and I'm not aware of any "glue software" to serve
pure data sets to the network. The only thing I'm aware of is DB2. But I
have not (yet) established knowledge how DB2 and backing store (VSAM?) work.
My terms might be a bit blurry, because I'm not really fluent in this area.
No real use case, but sheer curiosity.
