Wrong Python. Put /QOpenSys/pkgs/bin at the head of your $PATH and do yum to install python39

we are on 7.5 latest ptf's. I'm trying to install the following:
pip3 install openpyxl
and getting the following error. No matter what i try typing after pip3,
the same error get shown.
