You've been living on expensive borrowed time. PCOMM can not been supported (nor updated) by IBM for many years. The piper finally came to call.
PCOMMs demise is a large reason ACS was created.

Subject Uninstalling Lotus Notes breaks PCOMM

Heads up. I don't know how many shops still have Lotus Notes *and* are using PCOMM (precursor to ACS). Recently, our shop uninstalled Lotus Notes across the board and found that doing so broke PCOMM for ~1200 users. We opened a case with IBM on Friday, and we have a tedious workaround. This was a bit out of my area, so I don't know specifics.

(PCOMM is still in use here because certain groups cannot do their jobs without PCOMM macros.)
