Mimix remnant: create user profile exit program

We switched from Mimix to Quick-EDD quite some time ago.
Just happened to notice an escape message when creating a new user
profile. It was not interfering with the create so I've been ignoring it.

The ...USREXIT was the clue. WRKREGINF.
