RDi has that facility, you can connect to both systems, create filters on
files and members in those libraries. Then expand both trees, click on the
source of your first member, and then look for the other peer source, but,
but, make sure you Ctrl-Click on the second member. Then right click on
the last selection (don't lose the focus on both members) and on the
contextual menu, choose Compare > Each other.

Sometimes I use another, more elaborate way, and it is that I download the
sources as TXTs on my desktop, and then use Notepad++'s compare add-on,
that one helps a lot too.
