To Glenn - yes it is.

To Dan - to quote you: " ... . Both of the save files' headers reported: Save date/time = 10/11/19 11:32:00. ... "

Our systems show that as well. WRKOBJ on the SAVF shows last used date of today (1.24.25).
What's also interesting is the last saved date of the SAVF shows May 2023 which is when I migrated
from a Power 8 to a Power 10. However it is backed up every Sunday on a full system save via BRMS.
WRKMEDIBRM lib(QMGTOOLS) shows last backup date 1.19.2025.
How about that??

IBM also says if you have an MGTOOLKIT on your system with the same date as the TOOLKIT build date on option 13, use this command:

addlible qmgtools
CMPVER NOPROMPT(Y) FRCDWNLD(Y)

Just tried it and all is working.

Quick FYI ... IBM states they released an updated MGTOOLKIT at 5 pm CST yesterday which should contain the fixed option 10 on the Internals menu. (Check Disk Fragmentation).
Since I updated MGTOOLS before 5 pm yesterday, my systems shows the current build date of 1.23.2025.
IBM's current build date is also 1.23.2025.
As you all know, updating will not occur when you system build date matched the IBM MGTOOLS build date.
I'm stuck until the next build comes out on that command. No big deal but wanted to mention it.

From what I read, the update process automatically makes a backup
before
updating. Therefore, you don't need to make another one.
It's in a save file QSYS/QESMGTSAVF

Ooof. Seems that IBM should just "post-date" the build to 1/24 to
rectify this issue. Of course, our SOP is to backup the QMGTOOLS
library prior to updating the library. This actually came in handy
once, where an update failed and I had to restore the backup to be able to run the update again.

Hmmm. We update every month. I checked QSYS/QESMGTSAVF on two of our systems. Both of the save files' headers reported: Save date/time = 10/11/19 11:32:00.
