Hi guys,

I am simply doing an FTP from one IBMi to another IBMi.
I write my credentials.
Immediately I want to change my LOCAL directory with

lcd /home/mydir

It sends me this error:
File name format not valid. Use the format: library/file.member or
file.member.

Ok, then I issued
site namefmt 1
This was accepted and I got:
250 Now using naming format "1".

I try again
lcd /home/mydir

And it keeps telling me:
File name format not valid. Use the format: library/file.member or
file.member.

What is this?

TIA
