Hmm

I thought that
*ALLOBJ special authority  . . . . . . . . :   *NOTUSED
means you do not have to have an *ALLOBJ authority in order to change this
ENV_VAR.

can you limit access to this ENV_VAR to users with *ALLOBL authority?
(We are on 7.5)
