7.6 really tightens security. One of the things they did was require
IOSYSCFG type of authority on a lot more items. With 7.6 this doesn't
necessarily mean that the user needs that special authority added (but it
is one way to address it). There is an additional function id
called QIBM_IOSYSCFG_VIEW. If you search the 7.6 documentation it will
tell you what it is and the trip points which are now affected by this
tightening.
I did have one package (if you call IBM Labs stuff a package) which had to
make a change after I reported an issue.

Vendors, don't assume you don't do anything fancy and you'll just work fine
on an upgrade. Test.
