If I know one system is a P20 and its model / processor feature code is 42A / EP1E, can I safely presume all systems with the same model / processor feature code are P20?

ISVs charge by software tier, but some ask for model and processor feature code. From this, I presume they are able to determine the software tier.
I thought I remembered from the last time I was in an S.E. role (20+ years ago) that there was a system value for the software tier of the system. If it's there, I'm not seeing it. I found:
