Hi all,

Using Navigator for i, I created a system monitor on CPU Utilization
(Average). It uses command SNDSMTPEMM to send an email when the high cpu
is triggered and an email when the cpu returns below a certain level.

The owner of the monitor is the person who created it. There is an option
to change the owner to another user. Does anyone have a recommendation on
who should own it? Eg. QSECOFR, QSYS, or QSYSOPR.
