Normally that means they just stop doing anything with it... fixes,
enhancements, etc.  It will be there, but if it's broke, they won't fix it
or offer support.

Sort of like how they did PDM (or was it SEU... been a while since I've
used them).

Did they say that they're offering a discount because of dropping the
support?  ;)
