My client was using VMWare Horizon as their VDI. They are in the process of
switching to Workspot and we are having a lot of issues with ACS. Since the
Horizon VDI works correctly, we think this has to be in the Workspot
configuration somewhere. We have gotten IBM involved and they are asking
for wireshark network traces but getting that installed on the VDI has
opened a whole different can of worms. We are trying to work through this
but it has become overly painful.
