Some of you upgrading to IBM i 7.6 may notice that
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/7183543 says that one of the
products being dropped is 5770-UME. You may be wondering what that is and
where it's used. Well you can read the title at the link, as if the title
tells you anything. But one spot where it is used is in reporting problems
on your system to IBM. Summary: Don't delete it from 7.5 (yet).
Looks like they are going to patch problem reporting on 7.5 to stop using
it. Actually I was rather surprised it wasn't out at the (software) TR
time. Just today I got a notification they were starting work on it.
https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/defect/aCIgJ0000000tKfWAI/dt439145?language=en_US&myns=slc&mync=E&cm_sp=slc-_-NULL-_-E

One glaring thing I noticed is that they are porting this back to 7.5. No
mention of 7.4.
So, those of you at 7.4 trying to do the x+2 jump will just have to figure
out when to delete 5770UME on your own.
Perhaps the upgrade to 7.6 itself whacks it? Didn't pay that close of
attention my last upgrade.
