You do realize that ACS is currently at 1.1.9.10. And the update from 1.1.9.7 to 1.1.9.8 happened over 4 years ago?

My ACS is fairly up to date. I am running 1.1.9.7.

I tried the filter like you mentioned, and it works a lot faster. I'll keep that in
mind for the next time.
