Google seems to have some challenges associated with the rollout of
their latest models that are possibly bogging down their network
leading to timeouts.
The HTTP_GET_BLOB code was implemented yesterday.
The SYSTOOLS.HTTPGETBLOB code has been in production for years and there was no indication of a problem (as far as I know).
