There are two things you can look at for a hint if the password is 14
characters or longer.
1) If the password change date is after the date when the minimum password
length was changed to 14, it must be 14 characters or longer.
Of course this would only be true of admins have to follow the same rules.
See QPWDRULES and *ALLCRTCHG.
2) Look at column PASSWORD_LEVEL_0_1 in the following SQL statement.
SELECT AUTHORIZATION_NAME, PASSWORD_LEVEL_0_1, PASSWORD_LEVEL_2_3
FROM USER_INFO
It will be "NO" if the password is 14 characters or longer because a 14
character password would not be valid at password level 0 or 1. However
keep in mind an 8 character password with lowercase letters would not be
valid at password level 0 or 1 either. So, it's not perfect.

Subject: Passwords not meeting the rules
A little while ago, my client updated their password rules to be a little
stricter. For example, one of the changes was the min length was changed
from 8 to 14. I have now been asked if I can provide a list of users that
have a password that does not meet the new requirements. I don't want/need
to know the password. I'm just looking for a yes or no flag to tell me if
it meets the requirements. Is there anything that would give me that info?
I think their eventual plan is to set passwords to expired if they don't
meet the rules and make them change them so they do meet them.
