Subject pretty much describes the issue.  Here are the details:

Power 9 9009-41A with 1.7 TB of storage that is 20% used

It has 7 IBM 5B41 ESNJ 283GB 2.5-inch SFF-3 15k RPM SAS drives (I think)

Disk hardware shows this:

In any case, the drive is in a failed state and so parity protection is unprotected.  To wit:

This box is remote (1200 miles away) and although I plan to replace the drive, it may be a while before that happens.  So, I'd like to figure out how to get parity protection back in place before another drive fails.  A bit of reading says I can remove the drive by using SST to exclude the drive from the parity set and then restart parity protection.  Is that all there is to it or is there something else that needs to be done?
