Note to IBM:
If you send me a bulk email trying to get me to attend a meeting on
Extended Support and tell me "Our records indicate that your organization
may be running IBM software versions approaching End of Support." you had
better, by God, be prepared to tell me what hardware/software that is.
Because I will get them upgraded post haste. Don't just give me some
generic IBM link listing all IBM stuff approaching EOS.

Side note 1: When you pay a BP to upgrade (IBM product here) don't assume
that same BP is going to change your support records to say you're now
running on a version which does not need extended support. Verify.

Side note 2: Didn't IBM drop the term EOS? Didn't they replace it with
something more geared towards Extended Support?
