Yes. No details. At least as to how they will implement it... Both
require callbacks so that means either:

1. IBM will have to have a web server up and running for the initial
process

or.

2. They do it the "cheesy way" but having the callback go to localhost and
the user has to cope the code into a command to create the initial token
and refresh token.

Both will add complexity that most users won't like. Or maybe not. 10
years behind everyone else, but at least they're offering it.
