I am working on streamlining object ownership for a client and have found
something a bit peculiar:
Normal users are not supposed to own objects in the application. I use
DSPUSRPRF with option to list owned objects for a user.
BUT when I change object owner for the objects (to the application group
profile) they are still listed when I use DSPUSRPRF for that user with the
only difference being that the library is blank.
To me it seems as if DSPUSRPRF does not work properly for this purpose any
longer. Or am I missing any PTF??
Example:
Display Owned Objects
User profile . . . . . . . : NN
Total objects . . . . . . : 2
ASP Authority
Object Library Type Device Holder
B.XXXXX *FILE *SYSBAS
