David needs to upgrade the link as it still points to the old x.com site.
Go to http://www.paypal.com/ and follow the appropriate link to access your
account (or create a new account) and send funds to david@midrange.com.

I sent a contribution via Pay-Pal a while back when David was having
problems and will be sending another when I go home for lunch.  (I'm on PST
so that's a while off yet.)
