Jeff, The site came right up via cable modem. I did find the passage below on their computer resources page. Perhaps the library has some kind of blocking in effect (obviously not effective since I got in via cable modem from Massachusetts). If Comcast is widely used in the area and if they have a problem accessing the library, it is very likely that the library would know about it. They are also more likely to be helpful.
