Do any of you using WebSphere, BEA, etc. (or not using it for that matter) have comment - -specifically regarding Web Services, it's potential and why customers seem to not be taking the bate? What do vendors have to do to spice up the sluggish Web Services market? If so, please feel free to send them to me offline.
