Yes... very nice indeed. The workmanagement is second-to-none on the
iSeries. (Unless you're looking at Java stuff <G>)

Just to play devil's advocate... check into the integration between
Windows AD, .NET and SQLServer. You've got a common user list between
all three. You can lock down tables in SQLServer to only specific users
or groups (the very same users/groups defined in AD). You can show (or
not show) certain options in a .NET app based on the logged-in user's
group membership in AD. Etc.

You've got the same setup (with the exception of adopt) on windows. And
adopt doesn't work on IFS anyway (so much for integration <G>). You can
restrict what people do, and to what objects they do it, under windows
just like i5/OS. If you need something like adopt you can do profile
swapping (impersonation) just like the get/set profile handle APIs.

I'm not trying to say Windows is better, and anything like that, so
let's skip the flames, but if the OP is compiling a list he better know
both sides of each item on the list.
