(only kidding - my name is on a LOT of programs out there in the wild,
some I surely don't want to revisit......)

This, of course, begs the question ... for a 'real' programmer ... is
any program EVER fully ready?
IMO, no.

Mine are ready the minute I finish coding them - ready for testing.
After I test them, they're ready for QA. After successful QA, they're
ready to install. After install, they're ready to be broken by those
darned users. After the breaks are fixed, they're ready for the users
to ask for mods/enhancements.
