I just wanted to share my recent experience with ProData. There turned out to be some licensing issues and record keeping problems with some machines I'm responsible for. I didn't get hassled at all about a company name change or the lapse of maintenance or any of the things that some other vendors like to hold out their hands for.

So, kudos to ProData and here's hoping their ways of customer relations spreads to others.
